What’s the difference between front lighting and rear lighting?
Front lighting shines toward your face and gives stronger, more direct light for everyday use.
Rear lighting creates a soft glow behind the mirror for a more ambient, decorative effect.
Are LED mirrors dimmable?
Yes — our LED mirrors are dimmable, so you can adjust brightness to your preference.
Can I change the color temperature?
The most common option is neutral white (4000K). On request, we can also produce warm white (3000K) or cool white (6000K).
What control options are available (touch, sensor, wall switch, remote)?
We offer touch button, sensor, wall switch, and remote control options. App control is also available as an optional upgrade.
Do you offer an anti-fog / defogger option?
Yes — you can add an optional heated anti-fog mat. It helps keep the mirror clear in humid bathrooms. It can be switched together with the light, or we can install a separate switch if you mention it in the order comments. It can also be set up to work without LED lighting on request.
Is the mirror suitable for bathrooms?
Yes — the mirror is designed for bathroom use. For safety, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician and following the provided installation instructions. If you need the exact protection rating (e.g., IP rating), please check the product specifications.
How is the mirror installed and powered?
Each mirror comes with a hanging profile and installation instructions. The LED mirror is hardwired by connecting the mirror wires to the wall wires. It can be connected with a single power cord (2 wires).
What is the thickness of the mirror?
The total thickness is approx. 25 mm: 4 mm mirror + 21 mm high-quality anodized aluminium profile.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 2-year warranty on the LED lighting (LED strips) and a 5-year warranty on the mirror glass. To keep the warranty valid, the mirror must be installed according to the included instructions and used as intended.
