 When returning goods, the following conditions must be observed:

• The returned product must be in the original packaging, clean and tidy (you can cut the tape to check the product)

• The goods must be free from damage, scratches or other defects caused by the buyer;

• If the reason for returning the goods is a quality defect, we are obliged to replace the defective goods with goods of correct quality or refund the money paid;

• The product must be in good condition (no broken labels, no peeling protective film, etc.);

• The returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received by the buyer.

24 months warranty on products purchased from Ledreflection.com

The main characteristics of each product sold on www.ledreflection.com are usually listed in the product description of the specific product. All goods sold on www.ledreflection.com come with a manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which can be found in the product descriptions. After purchase, the goods must be carefully checked before assembly.

Warranty conditions:

• When assembling the product, the buyer must follow the instructions provided with the product;
• the product has been used for its intended purpose and maintained in accordance with the maintenance instructions;
• The guarantee covers quality defects of the goods caused by the manufacturer and the seller's transport.

The buyer forfeits the warranty service in the following cases:

• The goods were damaged through the fault of the buyer;
• When assembling the product, the buyer did not follow the supplied assembly instructions.

Should you purchase one of these products and find that it is faulty, you have the right to return it to us within 24 months of the delivery date. In this case, the defective product will be replaced with a quality product free of charge or your money back. If you find any defects during the warranty period (24 months), please take a photo of the defects and email it to us immediately [email protected]. The manufacturer of the product then determines whether the defect is covered by the warranty, or whether it is a factory defect. We will inform you immediately of the manufacturer's decision via the contact option you have provided.

14-day return guarantee for standard sizes

The buyer who bought a standard size product from Ledreflection.com has the right to return it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason from the date of delivery.

For goods that are made to individual dimensions, the 14-day return guarantee does not apply without giving a reason.

The buyer gets back the money he paid for the undamaged and good quality goods by bank transfer to the specified bank account.

Damaged or faulty goods will not be taken back.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
