I don't know if I can't get the white light to work, but I think the white light on this mirror doesn't work.
If I press the horizontal button on the remote control (where you should be able to adjust between white and warm white), the lights go out altogether.
I ordered half semicircular mirror with illumination switch and it came in perfect condition and looks perfect on the wall. Wire to connect with power source was a little short but luckily had everything at home to extend it with.
