Shipping Policy

  1. If there are public holidays or a declared emergency while your order is being processed, the delivery time may be longer.
  2. Before arrival, the courier will inform you by phone or SMS about the planned delivery time.
  3. The goods can only be accepted/collected by the person who placed the order or by the person named on the order form. You must be able to identify yourself when accepting/collecting the goods (identity card, passport, driver's license). The courier will ask you to show your ID.
  4. You must check the condition of the package at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods, you have the right not to sign the delivery note and to return the goods. As soon as you have signed the delivery note, we no longer accept liability for the condition of the goods, ie for external damage (unless it is a factory defect) and defects during assembly.
  5. The delivery times given in the product description (20 calendar days) are guidelines. The delivery period begins on the date of payment for the goods (conclusion of the purchase contract). The seller delivers the goods to the buyer on the terms specified in the order confirmation. The delivery times do not apply if the buyer is informed of a defect in the ordered goods. By accepting these conditions, the buyer agrees that in exceptional circumstances the delivery of the goods may be delayed. In such a case, the seller undertakes to contact the buyer immediately in order to agree on the terms of delivery and other conditions.
  6. At the time of delivery of the goods to the buyer, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and the goods(s) together with the courier and in the case of physical collection of the goods at the store with an employee of LEDreflection.com, as well as the handover - and sign acceptance document. Once the buyer has signed the delivery and acceptance document, the goods are deemed to have been delivered in good condition, free from defects not attributable to manufacturing defects and without any discrepancies in the delivery of the goods(s). If the buyer finds that the packaging of the delivered goods is damaged (wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), that the goods(s) is (are) damaged and/or that the goods(s) are not in the right condition ( condition), the Buyer shall note this in the handover/acceptance document and issue an informal certificate of damage/inconsistency of the shipment and/or the goods(s) in the presence of the courier or in the case of physical collection of the goods at the store by an employee. If the buyer fails to do so, the seller is released from liability for damage to the goods that is not due to a manufacturing defect and for discrepancies in the assembly of the goods only if these discrepancies can be detected during an external inspection of the goods.
